About Me
I provide therapy for adults across New York State struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic stress/ burnout, body-image/ eating concerns, perfectionism, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). I also specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults with ADHD, autism, giftedness, and twice-exceptionality (2e). Unique interventions I offer are the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and the Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) Treatment for BFRBs.
